At Mystic Cave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Items damaged through misuse or mishandling after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging

Please note: As many of our products are hand-painted by Nemesis Now, slight variations in appearance are a natural characteristic of the product and are not considered a defect.

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at mystic-cave@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
